- I focus on continous improvement through feedback loops, data driven decisions and agile interactions.
- I act as a linchpin across teams to make the flow of work transparent.
My goal is to help others ask the right questions sooner and achieve a higher level of effectiveness, efficiency, and predictability.

- As a Coach, I accompany, and support teams in their application of agile principles, frameworks, strategies, etc.
- I focus on visualization, agile interactions and continous improvement.
- I act as a sparring partner for all organizational levels.
My goal is to simplify decisions through clear priorities, increase transparency, establish flexible workflows and deliver value.
