  • As a Scrum Master, I help to make the rules of the Scrum Game understood by everyone involved. 
  • I work with the team on their team effectivness.
  • I make bottlenecks visible, initiate the removal of those by facilitating the necessary interactions.

  • I focus on continous improvement through feedback loops, data driven decisions and agile interactions.
  • I act as a linchpin across teams to make the flow of work transparent.

My goal is to help others ask the right questions sooner and achieve a higher level of effectiveness, efficiency, and predictability.

  • As a Coach, I accompany, and support teams in their application of agile principles, frameworks, strategies, etc.
  • I focus on visualization, agile interactions and continous improvement.
  • I act as a sparring partner for all organizational levels.

My goal is to simplify decisions through clear priorities, increase transparency, establish flexible workflows and deliver value.

As every person, team, and organization is unique, there is no one-size-fits-all approach. Therefore, I prefer to embrace the underlying principles of the corresponding method, strategy, technique and framework and co-create a solution that helps the customer in the end.
